How to measure in centimetres
Use a flexible measuring tape. Keep it level and comfortably close to your body without pulling it tight.
- Height (cm)
- Stand upright without shoes. Measure from the top of your head to the floor; ask someone to help keep the measurement straight.
- Weight (kg)
- Use a scale to record your current body weight in kilograms.
- Bust / chest (cm)
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust or chest, keeping the tape level.
- Waist (cm)
- Measure around your natural waist with your body relaxed and the tape level.
- Hips (cm)
- Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Waist-to-ankle length (cm)
- Stand upright and measure down the side of your body from your natural waist to your ankle.
- Foot length (cm)
- Stand barefoot on paper. Mark your heel and longest toe, then measure the straight distance between them. Measure both feet and record the longer measurement.
