How long does production take?
Made-to-order production estimates are separate from shipping time:
- Silicone mermaid tails: approximately 4–8 weeks.
- Fabric mermaid tails: approximately 2–4 weeks.
- Resin corsets and similar handmade pieces: approximately 4–8 weeks.
How long does shipping take?
After dispatch, allow approximately:
- Standard shipping: 10–18 business days.
- Express shipping: 5–7 business days.
How do I choose a size or request custom sizing?
Use the size chart on the specific product page. If the design offers Custom sizes, select that option and provide the requested measurements in centimetres. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about fit.
Can I return my order?

Can I order for a specific event date?
Contact us before ordering with the product, event date and delivery country. Production and shipping are separate, and estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
