Logistics Policy

  • The production time of our mermaid tail is generally 14-30 days after placing an order, and the international express will be sent on the next day after the production is finished. Some tails are in stock, so international express delivery will be sent within 3 days after placing the order.

  • We provide customers with 2 kinds of delivery methods, FedEx ($35 worldwide, delivered in 3-7 working days)  and YunExpress Shipping ($30 worldwide, delivered in 8-14 working days), please choose the express according to your demand time and budget.

  • Under normal circumstances, there will be no tariffs and import taxes on goods by YunExpress. But FedEx will be charged import taxes by some EU countries. So once there, we will not bear any tariffs or import taxes. Customers need to pay tariffs or import taxes by themselves.

  • In order to ensure that your products can accurately reach your hands, please provide the real recipient's name, address, and contact information. We will not be responsible for the loss of items due to wrong or unknown recipients' information.

  • If it is delayed due to traffic or flight congestion, please do not dispute us, we will be responsible for communicating with the express company about your parcel.
