We offer two delivery options for your convenience:

1.  Each piece is meticulously handcrafted, ensuring durability without fading or deformation.  Due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur, making every wig one-of-a-kind.  Production typically takes one month, so please allow sufficient time for completion.  Kindly note that minor imperfections are inherent to handmade craftsmanship.

2.  The Cyber Luminous Wig appears pure white when unlit and can transform into 10 different glowing color variations: White, Red, Yellow, Blue, Red-White, Yellow-White, Red-Yellow, Blue-White, Blue-Red, and Blue-Yellow.  With a simple press of a button, you can easily switch between colors, making it effortless to match your outfit and occasion.  If you’d like a custom color, please select the “Custom Size & Colour” option.

3.  The default wig length is as shown in the images, reaching approximately knee-length.  If you require a custom length, please choose the “Custom Size & Colour” option.

4.   Each Cyber Luminous Wig comes with two rechargeable batteries, making it easy and convenient to charge via USB.   We also provide one additional backup battery for free.   Each battery lasts approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the ambient temperature.   A full charge takes around 1 hour.

5.   To maintain optimal light flow, please avoid bending the fiber strands, as this may affect the illumination effect.   We take extra care during packaging to prevent bending, but if minor bends occur, don’t worry!   You can easily restore the fibers by using a steamer or a hairdryer to straighten them back to their original shape.

6.   The default Cyber Luminous Wig is not waterproof, but we offer a fully waterproof custom version.   If you require a waterproof option, please contact our customer service for customization.

7.   The Cyber Luminous Wig is airline-friendly and can be brought onto a plane.   Simply carry the battery pack in your hand luggage, as per airline regulations, while the wig itself (without batteries) can be packed in your checked luggage.   Safe travels with your glowing masterpiece.

Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury handcrafted products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once shipped, unless the product is defective. Please review product details and images thoroughly before ordering.

*Custom-sized/colored products.
*Inaccurate customer-provided measurements, colors, or style selections.
*Packages signed for more than 3 days ago.
*Removed anti-counterfeit buckles.
*Minor variations or natural flaws in handcrafted items.
*Delays caused by global courier services.
*Customer-inflicted product damage.
*Orders already in production (within 2 days of payment).
*Refusal to pay import duties.
*Incorrectly provided addresses or unacknowledged package receipts.
*Post-dispatch address changes are the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the courier, including any associated costs.
*Customers who engage in unwarranted abuse or insults towards our customer service staff will not be eligible for refunds and will face permanent prohibition from future purchases.
*After product shipment, customers who file groundless bank chargebacks, including claims of not received or unauthorized payments or card theft, will also not be eligible for refunds.

For eligible returns/exchanges, contact customer service with clear defect photos. If not Noticeable manufacturing/shipping defects, customers bear return shipping costs with a trackable courier. Returns without tracking are not acknowledged, and losses are the customer's responsibility. Upon return receipt and quality verification, we process exchanges or partial refunds (deducting initial shipping costs).
