1. Produce and delivery time
This is an epic LED multi-layer fabric tail consisting of 6 layers in total (3 on the front and 3 on the back). One tail uses approximately 10 square metres of printed fabric made into layers to create a tiered effect that looks spectacular when suspended in water. Each tail contains 192 LEDs (not including those on the bra).
The fluke part of the tail contains several LED light bulbs with their own batteries, which can be used in indoor swimming pools and fresh water for a long time but cannot be used in seawater with high salinity content. We will provide more spare light bulbs for customers to replace.
Mermaid tail production time is 2-3 weeks after customer payment.
Delivery time: we will send out international express delivery within 3 days after production.
Express delivery time: we will choose from FedEx (3-5 days delivery) or YunExpress (7-15 days delivery) (except for special reasons for the epidemic)
2. Matters needing attention
· This mermaid fabric tail is a swimwear product, and it is for sensitive parts of the body, so once it is shipped, it cannot be returned or replaced.
· Under normal circumstances, there will be no tariffs and import taxes on goods. Once there, we will not bear any tariffs or import taxes.
· In order to ensure that your products can accurately reach your hands, please provide the real recipient's name, address, and contact information. We will not be responsible for the loss of items due to wrong or unknown recipient information.

Under Mermaid Lucia's voluntary return and exchange procedure, please contact us within 3 days after delivery if you need to request a return or exchange.
Customized and personalized products are subject to additional cancellation and return restrictions once production has started. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Mermaid Lucia pieces are handmade and often include delicate fabrics, structured resin, crystals, beads, and specialty components. Gentle care helps preserve their shape, finish, and decorative details.
General care: Handle all Mermaid Lucia handmade products gently. Avoid strong pulling, squeezing, folding, impact, and contact with sharp or abrasive surfaces.

Resin Corsets & Resin Accessories
- Avoid strong impact, bending, squeezing, dropping, or heavy pressure.
- Keep away from sharp objects that may scratch the resin surface.
- After contact with water, gently remove excess moisture and allow the piece to air-dry completely.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
- Do not place heavy items on top of structured resin pieces.
- Store the item in a dry location without pressure on its shape.
- Do not intentionally heat, reshape, cut, glue, or modify the piece unless instructed by Mermaid Lucia.

Fabric Mermaid Tails
- Rinse gently with clean fresh water after use in pools, seawater, or natural water.
- Allow the tail to air-dry completely before storage.
- Do not leave the tail wet or tightly folded for extended periods.
- Avoid dragging the fluke across concrete, rocks, pool edges, or other abrasive surfaces.
- Keep away from sharp objects that may tear the fabric or damage the printed surface.
- Hand washing is recommended unless the individual product page states otherwise.
- Do not tumble dry.

Monofins & Tail Fin Support Boards
- Remove the monofin and removable support components carefully when appropriate before washing or long-term storage.
- Avoid forcing the support board through the fabric opening.
- Wear protective gloves during assembly where appropriate to help prevent scratches to the skin and accidental damage to the fabric.
- Support boards may be shipped rolled. Allow the board to gradually flatten before assembly.
- Do not sharply fold or crease the support board.

Fabric Tops, Skirts & Costumes
- Hand wash gently in cool water unless otherwise stated.
- Do not aggressively rub embroidered, beaded, crystal, lace, or decorative areas.
- Do not wring or twist.
- Air-dry naturally.
- Avoid tumble drying and excessive heat.

Crystals, Beads & Handmade Decorations
- Decorative pieces should be handled gently.
- Avoid pulling, scraping, or placing heavy pressure on crystals, beads, pearls, shells, and other handmade embellishments.
- Keep away from perfumes, harsh chemicals, adhesives, and abrasive cleaners.

Storage
- Make sure the item is completely dry before storing.
- Store in a clean, dry, ventilated location.
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, and high humidity.
- Do not place heavy objects on structured or decorated pieces.
