Under Mermaid Lucia's voluntary return and exchange procedure, please contact us within 3 days after delivery if you need to request a return or exchange.

Customized and personalized products are subject to additional cancellation and return restrictions once production has started. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Care Guide

Handle gently. Avoid strong pulling, squeezing, folding, impact, sharp objects and abrasive surfaces.

Fabric tops, skirts and costumes

  • Hand wash gently in cool water unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Do not aggressively rub embroidered, beaded, crystal, lace or decorative areas. Do not wring or twist.
  • Air-dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying and excessive heat.

Crystals, beads and handmade decorations

  • If your piece has crystals, beads, pearls, shells or other handmade decorations, avoid pulling, scraping or placing heavy pressure on them.
  • Keep decorative details away from perfumes, harsh chemicals, adhesives and abrasive cleaners.

Storage

Store only when completely dry, in a clean, dry, ventilated location. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity. Do not place heavy objects on structured or decorated pieces.
