Exchanges/Return/Refund Policy

Size measurement
  • Please read the product size chart before buying, and check whether your body fits this size chart, please allow 1-2cm / 1-inch error. The products pictures are slightly different from the actual products, thank you for your understanding.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Mermaid tails and swimsuits are products that touch-sensitive organs, so once they are sold, they will not be returned. If there is a clear quality problem, you can communicate with customer service for a corresponding refund. Mermaid tails and swimsuits product return is not allowed.

  • For other non-sensitive organ products, we accept returns/refunds/replacements within 3 days after receiving the products under the following conditions. Otherwise, no return/refund/replacement will be issued. You are not satisfied with the product./The product you received is defective./You received the wrong product./The product did not arrive after the promised time./The product is different from the product described. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at seaweedwonderland@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Please note that the transportation costs will be borne by both parties. However, if the product is defective or does not operate normally, we will bear all shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If the customer does not contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving the item, the default is that the product has been properly delivered and there is no quality problem, and the request for return, replacement and refund is not allowed.
