1. Ce produit est fabriqué en silicone recyclable et respectueux de l’environnement. Silicone 100 % recyclable utilisé pour fabriquer cette monopalme unique, protégée par un brevet de conception.

2. Ce produit ne convient pas à la plongée profonde. Veuillez vous assurer que l’utilisateur est adulte et maîtrise la natation. Pendant l’utilisation, l’utilisateur assume l’entière responsabilité de sa sécurité. 

 3. Si vos pieds sont larges ou forts, veuillez choisir une taille au-dessus. Les retours ou échanges pour des raisons autres qu’un problème de qualité ne sont pas acceptés. Si vous souhaitez changer de taille, les frais de retour sont à la charge de l’acheteur. Il est préférable de mesurer la longueur de vos pieds puis de confirmer la taille afin de réduire le risque de devoir effectuer un échange.

Si vous souhaitez changer de taille, l’acheteur peut revendre lui-même le produit d’origine à des amis ou à des personnes de son entourage, au prix qu’il détermine, sans avoir à payer les frais de retour vers le vendeur. L’acheteur peut ensuite passer une nouvelle commande sur le site officiel ou payer via PayPal. Après réception du paiement par le vendeur, le nouveau produit sera envoyé à nouveau à l’acheteur, sans autres frais.

4. Dans des circonstances normales, les colis ne sont soumis ni à des droits de douane ni à des taxes d’importation. Toutefois, FedEx peut facturer des taxes d’importation dans certains pays de l’UE. Si de tels frais sont appliqués, nous ne les prenons pas en charge ; ils doivent être réglés par le client.

5. Après utilisation des monopalmes en silicone dans l’eau, veillez à les ranger à plat, à l’abri du soleil, afin d’éviter les fissures et les déformations. Transportez-les aussi à plat que possible.

It's the best monofin!! It's big, beautiful, magical and really flexible. I will 1000% recommend it to anyone who wants to feel like a real mermaid. And it's really easy to swim and dive with it. I already had so much fun with it this summer, even forget to take pictures, and yes it is that ☆magical☆. And wanted to thank Mermaid Lucia for helping me make my dream come true. I absolutely love this monofin!! It looks beautiful and flowy in the water. I got the one closest to my foot size and its a little bit snug, but I don’t notice that when swimming with it. Im so happy with this purchase and cant wait to find the perfect tailskin to go with it!! I would 100% recommend this fin for everyone who is looking for a beautiful long fin thats flowy but sturdy. I love it!!

Love it! Have tried swimming a few times now. This is my first monofin and I am sure I made the right choice. Hoping that it will last. Foot pockets are designed for a more narrow feet for sure (size corresponds to the size chart tho). Unfortunately, I don't have photos from underwater yet, but it looks gorgeous in action! The whole experience was great! The measurements on the website are accurate. They emailed me that same day to confirm my size and once I confirmed, they shipped it immediately. It was less than a week from the day I ordered until it arrived. It fits perfectly (I got it a little big on purpose because I like to wear dive socks with my monofins.) It is very easy to swim in and looks very graceful in my tail. I highly recommend getting one!

Even better than I was expecting and definitely an huge upgrade. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I also really appreciated how dedicated the staff were. I was a bit scared at first because it represent a true investment for me, but having constant updates and knowing that the staff really cares about their customers really shows how professional this buisness is.
