   • If you have a chest cup that is cup D or larger than cup D, have had breast implants, or are male, please choose the option "custom size and color."

   • When you check out, you can leave us a message or send us an email about your custom size details, and we will make a note for you to customize your chest size.

【Important Usage Instructions】

1. Due to the soft fabric nature, this corset provides a comfortable fit while still shaping and supporting the bust. Customers with larger or smaller cup sizes may use additional supportive undergarments if needed.

2. Unlike resin corsets, this organza corset does not require heat adjustments. However, to maintain its structure, store it flat and avoid excessive compression.

3. If minor wrinkles appear due to storage, you can use a steamer or iron on a low setting with a protective cloth to smooth them out.

4. Keep the corset in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and moisture to ensure longevity.

【Return and Exchange Policy】 Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury handcrafted products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once shipped, unless the product is defective. Please review product details and images thoroughly before ordering.

[Ineligible Conditions for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds]

• Custom-sized/colored products.

• Inaccurate customer-provided measurements, colors, or style selections.

• Packages signed for more than 3 days ago.

• Removed anti-counterfeit buckles.

• Minor variations or natural flaws in handcrafted items.

• Delays caused by global courier services.

• Customer-inflicted product damage.

• Orders already in production (within 2 days of payment).

• Refusal to pay import duties.

• Incorrectly provided addresses or unacknowledged package receipts.

• Post-dispatch address changes are the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the courier, including any associated costs.

• Customers who engage in unwarranted abuse or insults towards our customer service staff will not be eligible for refunds and will face permanent prohibition from future purchases.

• After product shipment, customers who file groundless bank chargebacks, including claims of not received or unauthorized payments or card theft, will also not be eligible for refunds.

• Intact anti-counterfeit buckle.

• Noticeable manufacturing/shipping defects.

For eligible returns/exchanges, contact customer service with clear defect photos. If no noticeable manufacturing/shipping defects exist, customers bear return shipping costs with a trackable courier. Returns without tracking are not acknowledged, and losses are the customer's responsibility. Upon return receipt and quality verification, we process exchanges or partial refunds (deducting initial shipping costs).
