【Delivery Options】
Shipping time starts after dispatch and does not include handmade production time.

Standard Delivery:
YunExpress or similar service. Estimated shipping time is usually 10–18 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping is available for major destinations such as the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and selected main destinations.

For Canada, Mexico, South America, remote islands, and certain remote or high-cost areas, standard shipping is not free. The shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

Express Delivery:
FedEx / UPS / DHL or similar service. Estimated shipping time is usually 5–7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is a paid upgrade.

Import taxes, customs duties, or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Production time + shipping time = total estimated delivery time.

【Zipper & Tail Design】
The zipper position may vary by design. We usually place it in a safer and easier-to-reach position, such as the side or upper opening area.

The bottom of the tail is generally sealed for better shape and use. For special zipper requests, please contact us before ordering.

【Wearing Instructions】
Put on the tail gently, like wearing stockings. Pull it up slowly and carefully.

Do not pull, drag, twist, or force the fabric. Avoid rough surfaces.

Always use the tail in a safe environment. Children and beginners should use mermaid tails only under adult supervision.

【Care Instructions】
1. Avoid moss, rust, and dirty surfaces. These stains may be difficult or impossible to remove.
2. Avoid long-term friction against pool edges, rocks, rough floors, or abrasive surfaces.
3. Minor dust or marks from production, packing, or handling may be normal and can usually be rinsed off.
4. After seawater or pool use, soak in clean water for about 5 minutes.
5. Use mild neutral detergent only. Do not use strong, acidic, alkaline, or corrosive cleaners.
6. Hand wash only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
7. Air-dry in the shade. You may turn the tail inside out to dry.
8. Do not overstretch or pull the tail when hanging.
9. Avoid long direct sunlight, as it may age elastic fibers and fade the color.
10. Store fully dry in a cool, dry place.

Proper care helps extend the service life of the fabric tail.

【Return & Exchange Policy】
This fabric mermaid tail is a swimwear product worn close to sensitive parts of the body. For hygiene reasons, once shipped, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Custom size, used, washed, damaged, or water-tested items cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
